I recently went through a catastrophic event and I couldn't' be more pleased with how the claim was handled.
I have worked with Nadine for many years. She is always so helpful and polite to work with.
Jay is in my opinion an outstanding agent. He is very helpful and prompt. He lets me know about additional coverages that may be applicable but does not use high-pressure tactics that would probably turn me off.
We switched from Farmers to Allstate and are so very happy with the coverage and service.
Jay is a very friendly and personable guy and has a great knowledge of insurance and products to offer.
It's nice to have an agent that doesn't just work for the bottom line. We have been with the company for around 10 years now and it has been a real joy. We only have what we need - car, rental and life insurance. Every time we call the office, we get all our questions answered. More like family not a big company! =)
