We have been trying to cancel our policy for three weeks, and this agency has not cancelled the policy or even bothered to respond. Unsurprisingly, we are cancelling because they are not responsive and missed crucial coverage for our car. Meanwhile, they have sent an auto-billing reminder. Awful customer service.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. They have personally screwed me over on an accident I was not at fault for while also excluding me from discounts I should qualify for. They have also shown incompetence as an office by messing up my relatives records.
They never reply to emails! When I call them and explain what's going on with coverage and what is needed, I never hear back! They are truly encouraging me to go look for a different company, not just a different agent.
