We drove all the way to Alpharetta for our meeting and the agent never shows up. Complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional

Staff is VERY pleaseant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I got in a bad car accident on a Monday around 2:30 PM. When trying to get ahold of an agent at the office that could help me, I was told they were in a meeting. I then tried their emergency line 3 times without success. Finally, an hour later, I received a call back from one of the agents, Elizabeth. She then offered me no reasoning as to why I couldn't reach anyone at the agency despite my asking. Truly terrible service. Did not feel like I was 'in good hands' at all.
