I called for a quote, he asked the normal questions, but then asked what I was paying a month currently (which I shouldnt have told him), he "ran my info" and came back with a price a dollar or 2 lower than my current bill (which is back billing me for 3 months they didnt send me a bill when I got my newer car, hence my current monthly bill being outrageous).
