The customer service that I received from this location in October 2020 was top notch. I had just moved from another state and needed renters insurance as well as car insurance for a new car. Andrea (usually in the Edmonds office) helped me with all my needs, was extremely personable, walked me through everything during what was an otherwise stressful time, and even gave me recommendations for things in the area. Thank you for all your help!
Warning: Switched from DT Seattle Allstate to West Seattle since it is down the street but after doing so experienced poor communication and they never once called back.. if an agent answers they won’t help you instead say Josh will call you back later. No team effort whatsoever, very disappointed. Eventually called allstate corporate to cancel and switched to Progressive which has double coverage for half the price and has been a great experience since.
They say they’ll return your call, and then don’t. I feel compelled to leave a review although I’m not a review person, because their customer service has been at best poor. Look for a different agency.
As an agent there we can promise that we will work to give you the best coverage for your money.
