RecommendedThe Hoffman agency has great staff. They are all super friendly and helpful. They return calls quickly and always find ways to save me money. I had major damage to my house, from a storm, and I was holding my breath. I was worried placing a claim would make me feel differently. Instead, it was an awesome experience. I go help from everyone in the company, claims were handled quickly and what they gave to replace the damage was more than fair. Over 25 years with the Hoffman Agency and I won't go anywhere else.
RecommendedI switched last year since we were up for renewal and called and I’m glad I did we were getting over charged and we were explained in full detail what are plan was. Plus we love the safe driving point system. It’s funny how I watch my hard break now compared before. Lol it helps with fixing your own habits that you may never knew you did. So for that I’m grateful we switched.
