Although I was involved in an accident last year with a police officer, he hit me, and they claimed that I pulled and hit him. All state I felt did not fight for me enough, but it’s probably hard to take on them when it was a side of a gray area as I was passing through a yellow light and he blocked out and hit me and they tried to tell me I was wrong. This agency is very racist they don’t communicate with their customer and the tone is horrible I had a bad experience I made a payment one day their system post it the next day and my insurance lapse also my insurance started 4 something ent up to 6 something go figure insurance not that high you pay for the agency they can go to hell and them ask where the other race in their office
