Jimishappy-- that is so funny because I feel EXACTLY the same way! I don't know Bill on a personal level, but I have been insured with him for almost 15 years and it feels like a personal relationship. Bottom line-- I trust the guy completely and that is the most important thing to me in insurance-- trust.
Are you kiddding -- I have know Bill since highschool and I wouldn't have my insurance with anyone else! I promise you this- everybody that knows Bill knows that you can trust him 100% to look out for you. I don't personally know ANYONE with more integrity. He also has great people working from and they have learned from the master! 5 Stars all the way!
When I left this allstate office I really felt that I had gotten the best deal on my insurance policies. More importantly, I left their office that day with more coverage for a lower price and the peace of mind that I was truly properly insured. It turns out that I was way underinsured with my other insurance company that I was with for 8 years. Thank God nothing happened during that time.
