Been insured with the bachelor agency for quite a while. I’ve had to make a few calls recently about windshield coverage and adding new vehicles to the policy and after calling back later to ask follow up questions I’m given different answers, I’ve been told the best way to get a hold of Carrie is to email her and having done that we’ve received no response back from her. The folks at Chick-fil-A appreciate my business more than this agency.
The guy who answered my call was very rude and he gave me information for different I didn’t ask for. He replied back in rude tone.When I asked a simple question about my car windows.
