Very professional and friendly. Recently, we were on a trip broke down. We contacted them to get a toe. Could not hardly., understand lady on the phones. Unfortunately, on the same trip, we broke down a second time. This time we were in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. Call All State. Again, I could not understand what the lady was saying on the phone. They looked for about a 1 an hour to find someone to tow us. It was gonna be close to $600. VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH MY AGENT
I have had a very poor experience with this agent. They consistently fail to return calls, texts, and emails, making communication nearly impossible. During regular business hours, they do not answer the phone, which is unacceptable for someone in a client-facing role. This lack of responsiveness has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I would not recommend this agent to anyone seeking reliable and professional service.
I am very disappointed to be leaving a one-star review and I don't take pleasure in writing it. We had been attempting to get ahold of anyone in the office to update our insurance and between my husband and myself we left several voicemails. The only time we were able to get ahold of anyone was by calling the corporate customer service number. If you want an honest insurance company to work with, stay far away from benjamin Curtis. I tried to cancel my insurance policy with them multiple times but just kept getting excuses as to why the policy was still active, even after they told me it was canceled. They charged me over three months EVEN after I canceled my policy and they refused to stop charging my account, so I had to put a stop charge on my credit card.
