They absolutely never return calls. I realize using the word never is a bit dramatic but I have yet to have them return any calls and I’ve left countless messages. In process of finding a new agent as they clearly don’t care about their clients.
They are horrible at returning calls and getting information back quickly. Do not recommend
I’m having an impossible time getting in touch with them. I was working with them to continue and start a new insurance policy, I emailed twice and called multiple times to confirm and close the deal. No response. Finally went to progressive as I had NO car insurance and needed coverage and they quoted me less than half the price for the same coverage. I have been an Allstate customer for 30 plus years and have had several different agents as they sell off your insurance to different agents as they retire or move on from the insurance business. By far the Worst service I have ever had is this particular office. Sadly the employees just don't seem to give a dam about about the customers. I personally am tired of calling and requesting any information because they don't have the decency of returning your phone calls.
