All State HOA did an excellent job managing the condominium building where I lived in Tarzana. I highly recommend them to any community seeking new management services.
This is a very shady company. Our new HOA board members decided to change this management company after all illegal activities they done with previous dishonest board members. They drained all our reserved money and pocketed so much money by just doing unnecessary construction work. Its so absurd that not only our HOA monthly payment was raised, they decided to get loans without knowledge of any of us and by only a single person decision so make all homeowner broke.
