they were at my house twice and couldnt find the problem. they blamed me for having some items in front of my heat vent for the reason my heater wasnt working, but that was not the problem, i know this because one of my heat vents was pushing out a lot of hot air an that one had a lot of items covering it up. this proves to me they dont know what they are doing and just place blame instead of admitting the truth.
have had them put in 2 heating systems. they were very very good. couldn't ask for any better. picked up after themselves after too. the owner is a wonderful person to deal with. will always have them come back in case of future heating problems. so relax and dial Allstate heating and plumbing.
