We have suffered a great deal of damage to our home's two front windows over the past few years, and living with a fixed income left us sincerely unable to get a really good all-around honest and professional glass replacement company to repair our windows reasonably. I wanted to go local but the first Detroit location only did manufacturing. Next was the “big boys” Renewal by Anderson and the like. Typical we don’t service the area—Detroit. Renewal, once I finally got through called me back and basically said, no literally said, it’s going to cost about 12 grand sooo…Really? So we counting people’s money!? Okay, no worries. So I forget how, but I found, Allstate Glass. Local and not far. Gave them the 12 grand! Mr. Alan Thomas was responsive, came by quickly, did a review and assessment.... read more
