I have requested a copy of my warranty since July. I have called several times but to no avail. Receptionist even told me that the paperwork was sent in the mail on the 19th of August. It is now September 2nd and no warranty. Very disappointed that the company has not answered my request.
I had the ALL STAR team of Kayden and Keagan do a free inspection. They pleasant and professional. Their thorough and earnest inspection gave me peace of mind that my roof is good shape. I appreciate that they were honest and did not just try to "make a sale". They will definitely be the company I call in the event of any potential damage to the exterior of my home.
They redone my siding and the install was kinda poor. The metal work had a lot of gaps in it and they broke my door which I paid for so they can install and they took a grinder to Shimmy The door handle to fit and now it doesn’t close. Had them out a to refix a few time but the door needs replaced again and they won’t so my lost.
Would recommended to anyone!
