Total scam. $400 for a diagnostic review of my solar system. High, but I agreed to it. Appointment was for Monday 8-12AM They called after the appointment window to reschedule because technicians "mother was sick". Rescheduled for Tuesday 10-2. They called 1 hour before that appointment window to say they needed to reschedule AGAIN. Unclear reason. They rescheduled for Wednesday 10-2. My experience with Allstate Electric was Fantastic! From setting up my appointment with Tonya, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. To the Awesome technician Nick, who came to my home to fix my electrical problem. Nick was wonderful with communicating the work needed to be done and took time to explain what he was doing to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Allstate Electric!!
Nick came over to our house because we had a light and plug out. He was so amazing showing and explaining all the things to me and replaced our GFI. Thank you!
