I hired Allstate to re-roof my house after storm damage in the fall of 2014. They told me my satisfaction was very important to them and they completed the job quickly. I had to have them come back to repair some of the shingles twice. Then after 6 months the ridge vent started to pop up because it was improperly installed and also had exposed nail heads.
