By far the best customer service ive ran into in west texas Dan and the girls were very helpful very professional, happy for who is now my new agent!!!
Dan was excellent I feel very secure with choosing Allstate. The ladies were very attentive, great customer service all around.
This guy will not stand up for you when All State tries to screw you on a claim. Save your money and go somewhere else. Chemicals got thrown on my car All State said it’s water marks. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else Dude tells everyone he played for cowboys and he didn’t. He tried out and was told to lose weight and they would put him on team. Horrible service. My vehicle has been totaled for over 4 months and payoff still hasn’t been received to my lender. I called Dan’s office and was greeted by a rude receptionist that wouldn’t let me talk to him for a couple of days. When I finally talked to Dan he informed me that it’s not his place to call and deal with my claim even though my insurance was through his office.
