Beyond bad... not sure if their incompetent or just corrupt... evaluating my house with two bathrooms as a house with one bathroom was just the start of this debacle... I woud run as far away from these people as you can..
They came out with my home appraisal of 250 k less then the house market should be and that's a divorce case ,they are not professionals what so ever.
I will share my 5-star review with this company as I have utilized them as my only Appraisal Management Company for the past 15 years. I have tried other companies and the service didn't add up like Allstate's service. Justin is a key factor in the operations and is always available to lend a helping hand when needed. Despite reading other reviews about this company, I would rank them at the top.
If you were recommended to this company for an appraisal, I strongly suggest seeking another option. I was referred to this company by my attorney to have four properties evaluated. However, Steven Albert, the president, provided an analysis that included properties sold three to four years ago and were not in the same condition as mine. I raised concerns about his research, particularly regarding a property in the Morgan Park/Beverly area that he valued at $270k. Never got out the starting gate with these folks. I called them on the recommendation NO THE INSISTENCE of my Attorney I called repeatedly and left message after message, I finally had my Attorney reach out, they finally called me back and said that they would email me something..Never got it. This was a time sensitive appraisal..Why do Companies think because it's the Holidays that they can completely slack off???
