I would give them zero stars but that is not an option. We have an appraisal in process that is due on 8/10 (Monday) but was turned into AllState this past Monday morning 8/3. We have been trying to get this appraisal and keep getting the following message. Basically, they will sit on your appraisal until the due date. They will NOT review it to even see if revisions are needed until it is due. So we may not even get it on 8/10. This is the same message I keep getting when I message them asking for the status. Terrible communication and non existent customer service.
I didn't have any issues with these guys
After spending 42 hours on a complex appraisal report, their reviewer asked me 23 questions of which 21 were clearly detailed and supported in the report addendum. It was clear she hadn't bothered to read the addendum at all .. the ignorance and incompetence was astounding.. I would hesitate to ever complete another appraisal for this company again
Beyond bad... not sure if their incompetent or just corrupt... evaluating my house with two bathrooms as a house with one bathroom was just the start of this debacle... I woud run as far away from these people as you can..
