Jamal just came and installed a new ignitor for my Jenn Air oven and did an excellent job. He did arrive at the end of the two hour window, but that's why they give two hours. He was friendly and professional so it makes sense he had other jobs. I watched him from start to finish and he didn't mind explaining each step so I knew what was going on. I will definitely be calling All State for my future appliance repairs and if you can get Jamal I recommend him.
They are crooks who dont honor a warrenty.Repair man lies.Doesnt show up.
