Worst company to deal with for a Settlement! Received utility bill after closing on a property I purchased. It was all previous owners responsibility. I was reaching out 1 year to try to resolve this and kept on getting run around stories, To the point where there were numerous phone calls, emails to them and 6 different people because everyone left the company. Will never use this company. Had a settlement that took place 8 weeks ago and funds were held to satisfy liens and taxes. After many attempts to contact them to verify all payments were disbursed, I received verification from several lien holders that NO payments were made and all the proceeds that were held by Allstate Abstract are not accounted for.
