Went in for an inspection sticker and had a few things wrong with the car, front rotars and front struts. Gave me an estimate for them to do both. The estimate for the rotars was fair, but for the struts they were going to charge me $485 for each strut. For those who don't work on cars let me explain.... I can buy BOTH struts for anywhere between $90 and $150 and install them both in about 2 hours. I understand paying for labor but I don't understand how $90/$150 an 2 hours of work translate to almost $1000. In my opinion th... read more
Was really satisfied with my visit. Got brake pads put on front of my truck. I actually went in assuming I would need back also, but they told me the back pads were still in good condition. I thought that was very honest of them. Service was fast and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They will be my go to place for service to my truck from now on.
Always quick and service is very reliable!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Barbara and Ira's place can't be beat. Five cars and 20 years later......and I'll keep coming back!!
I've seen the two negative reviews on here and honestly I can't understand it. They have sent me to other shops when they couldn't do the work instead of telling me they could. They have worked with me at the cheapest prices of anywhere I've ever been. And have always been upfront honest and reliable. I go here first if they are able to do the work before I would ever go anywhere else.
