So I call..a recording comes on as usual giving me prompts. I hit #4 for release..I immediately get put on hold, as usual... recording tells me I'm number 4 I'm line... I wait, recording tells me I'm number 3 in line..it's been probably 3 minutes on the phone. I finally get to caller number 1 as the recording stated and suddenly, another recording comes on telling me all callers are busy please try again later.. this went on 4 more times. This place sucks ass.
