This guy is a CROOK! We payed him to install a safety gate around our pool which never got installed so he just took the money and ran! We have 2 infants so the matter at hand is way more important for their safety than some CROOK NOT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH A JOB HE GOT PAID FOR AND DIDN'T COMPLETE! On top of the cheap job he did to our pool, some of our fixtures and tile have already fallen off after not even 6 months. Gary Locke(owner or co-owner) from All Star Pool Remodeling signed a contract with me to build a new pool and took half the amount as an advance. Signed a contract with him on March 11 2013 and after a lot of phone calls/email and threats saying I'll call the lawyer, the digging started on May 15th. They hit rock on the first day but the next one month they showed up for may be 5 days and finally it was done on Jun 13th after a lot of threats. I have worked with many contractors over the years, but my experience with AllStar Pool was, with out question, one of the very best. Gary Locke cares about his customers. He is very responsive to phone calls and will not leave a customer hanging. When there is a problem, he fixes it. The craftmen and technicians he employs are all very skillful and knowledgeable.
