I could write a book about how unprofessional and inhumane this company is. This will be long as I will be listing a few different things I dealt with. Tenant with them for 2 years only late twice out of two years, dealt with rats throughout my entire stay, tried to kick me out for letting my grandma stay over, closed my portal up to pay my rent didn’t let me pay rent all because my grandma stayed over. **landlord/owner post** I’ve owned rental units in the cleveland area for about 10 years. Allstar is the fourth management company that I’ve hired, and they’re also the best one that I’ve found. Applied for the same home twice for the same thing to happen. They say they lease the unit just to find out no one is actually in the unit. I spent $100 on app fees and $64 for the pet applications just for them to say the house is no longer available. They’re trash company and i think they’re using certain properties as masks just to gain some clientele for their other properties when the other ones look like HELL!!
