I’ve had a great experience living here so far. My home and neighborhood of course, is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for me and my children. I’ll be honest, I had seen some negative reviews and was cautious, but MY PERSONAL experience has been nothing but positive. Anytime I’ve had a concern or question, the staff—especially Miss Cassie—has worked with me to get things resolved. They suck wouldn’t let me tour one of their properties
I would give ZERO stars if it were possible. I rent a home from them and they are extremely hard to get a hold of. They rarely return calls. I have had a hole in my roof and gutters falling off of this house for months. Instead of coming to fix it, they listed it for sale with very outdated pictures. They’ve communicated none of this to me and I have had people walking up my driveway to look at the house because they believe it’s vacant.
I could write a book about how unprofessional and inhumane this company is. This will be long as I will be listing a few different things I dealt with. Tenant with them for 2 years only late twice out of two years, dealt with rats throughout my entire stay, tried to kick me out for letting my grandma stay over, closed my portal up to pay my rent didn’t let me pay rent all because my grandma stayed over. (Btw she had been gone by this point) after that is finally resolved they let me pay my rent again but added on $200 in fee... read more
