I filled out an application for a property and was told I was approved for the property I requested but when I called because I hadn't heard from them they informed me the property was already rented out. I received the approval on 7/1 and called on 7/6 due to the holiday, I figured that's why they hadn't contacted me. The person that answers the phone is always rude, hangs up before you can even say goodbye. I paid a $50 application fee for nothing!

I wouldn’t recommend leasing from Allstar management nor Cris Napper. Very unprofessional and rude, non understanding, and harasses you for your payment even before due date. Did I say RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Lease elsewhere because this company definitely isn’t it.

I want to give Cris Napper big compliment. She works hard, keep in the front of computer every moment during work time, even out work time, very very quickly to answer our email. she always try to help tenants on every way that she can. i really felt warm with her, like a very nice and trust-able friend. sometimes i ask the things over , out side her work , she still is patient, friendly. she work in organization ,logically and efficiency, always make work process simple, fast. hope ALLstar will cherish the high quality em... read more

Homeowners beware listing your home with this company. They do not honor your lease agreement and you are not protected at all. They read the lease they way they want and your property or the money you are owed is not of any importance to them. If you are ready to have to fight for your money list through this company.

As a mother of three children I truly believed this house would be perfect for my family and I. However, after living there for not even a month, multiple problems within the house kept occurring. For instance the painting on the walls and cabinets were not finished, there were issues with roaches, re-occurring leaks that created mold, and that's just to name of few of the problems. I’ve dealt with The staff at Allstar for several years now and would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a rental home. Whether you need a home to rent, to use their services to rent out your home, or to buy or sell a home, they are well equipped to handle.
