So, I am in the process of looking for a rental for my family. The houses I toured were horrible and the prices should not be in the range they are! I read the reviews and yes! I believe the reviews! I toured a single-family rental listed by this company and was disappointed that the condition of the home did not match the expectations set by the listing. The description states the home is "ready for you to call it home," yet during the tour there were visible paint streaks in some areas of the walls, the property had not been professionally cleaned, the garage door was dented, the countertop near the sink was raised, and the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was coming out of the wall, and the bottom trim of r... read more
This is the first company to rent from. They charge all this money for deposit thy they come up with bs to keep. This home was infested with rodents. I contacted them they placed sticky pads on the front door for me to go in the attic and put up myself. I had to tap my attic, holes in the garage walls to try keep the rodents from coming inside my home. Mold was discovered which they didn’t do anything about it. Don’t even apply! Submitted application and the same day listing was taken down. Called at least 50 times not once did I ever get an answer or returned call. Essentially robbed of $75 dollars. Avoid at all cost!
I understand that this is a property management group, but whomever owns the house I rent from needs to do some serious evaluation with this company. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a delayed maintenance request. Foundation work, crap paint job, etc. The first occasion was a busted water pipe and I was without water for over 24 hours with them being notified. They had to be called 3 times for it to be fixed. Whoever owns the homes rented through here needs to more involved.
