Don’t even apply! Submitted application and the same day listing was taken down. Called at least 50 times not once did I ever get an answer or returned call. Essentially robbed of $75 dollars. Avoid at all cost!
I understand that this is a property management group, but whomever owns the house I rent from needs to do some serious evaluation with this company. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a delayed maintenance request. Foundation work, crap paint job, etc. The first occasion was a busted water pipe and I was without water for over 24 hours with them being notified. They had to be called 3 times for it to be fixed. Whoever owns the homes rented through here needs to more involved.
Would give a 0/10 if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 1. Absolutely mediocre customer service 2. Inconsistent communication unless it benefits the company 3. Management does not care about the families’ children who stay in the space 4. Management paints over mold, replace pipes with plastic instead of sturdy PVC 5. NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE 6. For a company that’s so hard to get in touch with, they surely don’t have much to offer. After about a week of multiple tour requests, phone calls, and emails, I finally was able to tour a home I had saw on their website. The house was horrific. The only thing cute about it was the front porch. Worst company ever. Will lead you on any try to take more money along the way. Chris Napper (name is about as fake as he is) is a moraly bankrupt pos. Can't wait for my sewer line that's broken to freeze. And they will probably try to blame me even though there's been a maintenance request for almost 6 months now. Worst customer service, hope you all burn in hell.
