We were impressed that they did not push mandatory additional packages into the price of the vehicle. They were also very fast. I drove away in my new Soul an hour and a half after walking in. The staff was very nice and efficient.
I got a reply to my inquiry within minutes!
It was difficult to communicate with them. The email replies were not timely and calls that went to voicemail went unanswered. In the week I was trying to communicate with them they sold the car I was looking at to someone else. I dont blame them for that really, but it was irritating. I believe they were having trouble with their phone system so perhaps your results will vary.
Dealer did not contact me. I went to see the vehicle and several more that were posted on their web site. They did not have any of them in stock and said they did not remember any of them being on the lot. They said they had not been maintaining the web site on a regular basis. They had nothing on the lot that interested me. since then they have contacted me three times. The first time inviting me to come in to see the explorer they don't have.
