This man wasted my time and came into my home and was not thorough. Instead of providing detailed information to me as a customer he decided not to communicate at all. But yet decided to give me a price. Then when I called him to get more information he told me he was busy working another job and he would send me an invoice and never sent me an invoice. Tried to contact them concerning prior service. Was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and was told that the business was sold and they had no affiliations with Allstar Heating and Air or the individuals that had done prior service to my ac unit.
