A crew hired by Allstar worked on my neighbor's roof. The space between my house and my neighbor's house is tight, requiring the crew to access my property in order to work on part of my neighbor's roof. I received no notification to expect the crew. There was no communication about accessing my property (they took advantage of the fact that I don’t have my property fenced and access physically blocked), and how to protect my house, trees, and plants on my property. Roof leak fixed this year and not only was the work excellent, but I received detailed photos of the damage and repairs. I'd hire these guys again in for sure.
Had a water leak and you guys had a great immediate response. I would love for them to do an estimate and have the opportunity to do the repair work, but unfortunately my calls and messages go un-answered. Guess I'll be moving on to someone else....
