We rented an RV for 5 days. I sent a payment several months before our trip.Two days after sending a payment of $2000 my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I called the owner & told her the circumstances & asked her to return our check & had proof of my husband’s illness & she would not return it. She didn’t even get the check yet. Mona was wonderful to work with. She helped us pick out the right coach for our family vacation to Lake George. NY. We had the Fleetwood Pace Arrow 41 foot diesel pusher. The coach performed very well, great air conditioning and heat, great kitchen, washer and dryer and 2 full bathrooms. David was helpful in the pickup and drop-off process, and was knowledgeable about the coach. We didn't understand 1 or 2 things and he was available quickly via text and phone.

If I could give no stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They’re sweet as pie before they have your money, then they send you an overpriced death trap to rent and then nickel and dime you for every charge under the sun. The vehicle they sent me had several dangerous issues while driving across country. It wasn’t worth the money. I wished I had read All the reviews before renting from them. We needed to go cross country as part of a move with my elderly dog and settled on a motor home even though we had never had one or experienced it before. I contacted Mona a few months in advance and she was helpful and upfront about pricing and fees. Many of the reviews I see here that complain about no refunds due to short notice were actually well within the terms of the rental agreement - read what you sign.
