The sign outside said they accepted walk-ins, so I took my two year old in for a trim on a weekday afternoon. The previous week my other son had a haircut and we had a great experience. I also had my one month old with me. Sadly, after waiting over an hour with a new baby and toddler, we left without getting a cut at all. I kindly asked several times when it would be our turn.
