Really bad experience here, with staff giving conflicting information about an appointment and then gaslighting me and saying it was my fault, while proceeding to try and charge me a cancellation fee when they cancelled the appointment. In their defence they waived the cancellation fee eventually, but not before giving significant attitude about it and blaming the whole thing on me. Won’t be going there in future.
Patrick is the best Podiatrist I have ever come across, very knowledgeable and knows his shoe recommendations. Customer service was a bonus whenever dealing with the team.
