Extremely Disappointed – Refused to Cash Their Own Cashier’s Check I went to AllSouth Federal Credit Union to cash a cashier’s check that THEY issued just three days earlier, and was flat-out refused service because I don’t have an account with them. Let me be clear: this was their cashier’s check, not a personal check or a third-party draft. A cashier’s check is supposed to be guaranteed funds—yet AllSouth wouldn’t honor their own check.
