Where is my money in my savings account? I cannot see any transactions on where my money went. I couldn’t get verified after I gave them my social security number and drivers license number. Really?? I’m military and not in the area anymore. The last transaction I can see is from Dec 2023 showing the money I had in my account but now it’s gone. you wait for 30 minutes to talk to a representative, you explain what you need to all the people you get transferred to, and then after waiting you get told to just go to the bank in person because they can't help you. i could've and should've been told that before i waited on hold all that time. what's the point of having a phone line if they can't do much of anything through it? also they overdraft you to hell, and their systems suck so bad that even if you transfer money from accounts it'll magically "not process" so you ... read more
