The tech guy came and cleaned the dryer vent. He cleaned it well in the duct but left a big mess (lint) everywhere outside. I texted and called few times yesterday and today. Nobody answer it. Finally the same guy came back and cleaned it up. I give them an extra star. They don't have to be told. Sigh!!
Bobby and his crew were professional, courteous, effective and proficient. I would definitely recommend them for a crawl space overhaul and encapsulation.
