AllSolar Energy removed the roof top solar system prior to a roof replacement and then reinstalled the roof top solar system. The work was not done properly and there was a roof system leak that they refused to fix or even look at when brought to their attention. I was told there was only a one month guarantee on the re-install and despite my pool company identifying the roof leak within that time frame they did not come to check it out or inform me why after making an appointment to come check it out. We are having a new roof put on our home in Kissimmee, Florida. We have solar hot water and a solar array to warm our swimming pool. The man who is replacing our roof said that he would provide us with a reliable company to remove and reinstall our solar equipment. A man named David came to our house, with a helper, and proceeded to remove all of our solar equipment. AllSolar Energy met our needs above and beyond our expectations. Our solar water heater sprung a major leak the Friday before Thanksgiving and we had such a difficult time getting a plumber to come to our home to assess the problem. The solar company that installed the unit did nothing to offer us any help or solutions to rectify the problem. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! AllSolar Energy, inc was contracted by my roofing company to take down and reinstall our solar pool heater when getting a new roof put on. We had no issues or leaks before our unit was removed and all hardware that was original to the unit matched it and fit it properly. Once our roof was finished, they came and reinstalled the unit and did a horrible job. Disaster and utterly incompetent. they put the solar panels in the wrong side of the roof !!!! took 2 weeks to reinstall after roof replacement. they left wires exposed and untidy. pipes installed with a big bent !!! they were used by the roofers . poor communication and not professional . they didn't call or even knock the door before start working.

Mr Osama ********* chose a roofer to replace his roof and we were contracted by the roofer to remove and replace his solar pool heating system. 4/7/21 We arrived on site to remove the system. Upon arrival we always pressure check systems for leaks and we found no leaks. We own a roofing company in Central Florida and have been using them for almost 2 years now. We work with nothing but excellent subcontractors and without a doubt this is one of the best ones. Kevin ***** is always very sharp and very respectful to our staff and our customers. We use this company for their quality work and their respect for our customers. I would find it extremely difficult for anyone to find a better solar install company
