I booked my storage unit online, paid for it. Drove 10 minutes to the facility and signed the paperwork. Within another 10 minutes I had my storage unit. The manager was very nice, helpful, and went over all the details with me. The one thing I like the most is the fact that you have 24 hour access to your belongings. I'm sure we've all been in this situation at other facilities, in between houses/moving and need something or your kids are trying to find a toy or game and you know right where it is but can't get to it becaus... read more
The lady who helped me out was very courteous and patient. Even after I got the storage when I cuouldnt get it open she came around there opened it and showed me a better way
