New roof install went smooth. Crew was big enough to knock it out fast, two and a half days start to finish. Shingles look clean from the street and the ridge vent finally works the way it's supposed to. Office was good about sending the paperwork and warranty info without me asking
Called around a few places in hardwood heights before landing on prime peak. They came out this week to look at the roof quote was emailed by the next day install took two days crew showed early both mornings communication was easy the whole way through no chasing anyone down for updates
Started looking into a new roof back in late spring after noticing some granules in the gutters. Got three quotes total, one from a buddy's recommendation in Harwood Heights and two from online searches. PrimePeak wasn't the cheapest but the estimator answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Scheduling took about three weeks which was fine. Tear off and install happened in two days. Roof looks great and the transition from old to new was smooth.
Estimator showed up on time and walked me through what the actual roof actually needed instead of up selling Install crew was in and out in under two days and the yard was clean afterward. There aren't a ton of roofing optiins in Norridge worth calling so I'm glad Primepeak roofing worked out.
PrimePeak replaced the whole roof on our house and im happy with how it turned out. the old one was pushing 25 years and it was time. the new shingles look uniform and clean, all the ridges are straight. they did a good job around the exhaust vents and the pipe boots look tight. i had looked at a few roofing options around Norridge before going with them and the price was reasonable for what you get. the color matches the siding way better than the old roof ever did which is a nice change. they also replaced some of the deck... read more
