full roof replacement - tear off of old shingles down to the deck, new synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield in the valleys and along the eaves, then new architectural shingles on top. AR also replaced the ridge vent with a low profile one that you can barely see from the ground which is nice because the old one was this bulky plastic thing. all new drip edge around the perimeter too. the shingles are a dark charcoal and they have this kind of dimensional look with different shades mixed in so its not flat and boring.... read more

Rain was coming through the bathroom vent and I was worried about wood rock. AR sent someone to Carol Stream 60188 within hours. They fixed the pipe boot and replaced the surrounding shingles. It is such a relief to have a dry house again. The team was very professional and efficient.
