roof was leaking bad every time it rained hard. buckets in the attic kind of situation. the whole thing was past its useful life and patches werent gonna cut it anymore. UltraTop came out and confirmed what we already kinda knew - full replacement was the move. they got it scheduled within a couple weeks and knocked it out in two days. havent had a single leak since and that was through some pretty nasty storms. the new roof also just looks a lot better than the old one which is a bonus
UltraTop replaced our roof last month. The estimate was quick and straightforward - no confusing terminology, just a clear breakdown of what needed to happen and what it would cost. Install morning they were at our place before 8 and already hauling materials up by the time I had coffee going. Honestly the shingle color we picked looks way better installed than the little sample card suggested, so that was a nice surprise. Invoice matched the original number with nothing tacked on, which I appreciated.
got our roof replaced on our house over in Villa Park and ultratop was solid. whole crew seemed like they knew what they were doing, not standing around or anything. the new shingles have more texture than the old ones so it actually looks like a diffrent house from the curb now which is kind of cool
They service our area and was able to get to us really quickly. Solid roofing work and the crew was professional the entire time. Would definitely call them again if we ever needed anything.
