We needed the roof replaced before winter and the wait was only 4 days. Ultratop had 6 people on it and the leak over the garage is gone for good. Straight pricing, nothing added at the end, and they cleared the yard properly. I’d braced myself for a fight about the final number and never got one.
Got the whole roof replaced and the crew moved Fast. New shingles look clean from the street and didn’t Leave the yard trashed either they picked up nails and everything really pleased with how this turned out
we discovered a recurring leak in the upstairs bathroom that two other roofers had supposedly fixed over the years. the stain on the ceiling would dry up for a while then come back every spring. roof was leaking bad every time it rained hard. buckets in the attic kind of situation. the whole thing was past its useful life and patches werent gonna cut it anymore. UltraTop came out and confirmed what we already kinda knew - full replacement was the move. they got it scheduled within a couple weeks and knocked it out in two days. havent had a single leak since and that was through some pretty nasty storms. the new roof also just looks a lot better than the old one which is a bonus
