I've dealt with Allroc for 3 years. The staff is responsive and helpful, and willing to help with special orders. I usually have a response within half an hour or less to my questions. Also, Allroc keeps its customers updated on stock developments within the industry. I look forward to continuing to deal with them.
Slow service
Expensive, poor customer service and unfortunately will not stand behind the products they distribute. They would not break down box quantities for two different products they sell, claiming "they don't sell much and they can't take on the inventory", what a waste of time. Go elsewhere.
