Celebrated anniversary here and super impressed with my experience. Food was exceptional with highlights being the elk and sticky toffee cake as I'm sure many have already mentioned. Even bread service was very good! What I am most impressed with is after my partner received his wagyu that was overcooked (which we didn't ask to send back), the manager came over to apologize and confirmed it was indeed overcooked and offered a complimentary menu item. Was super excited to try given the great reviews, but my experience wasn’t great. I ordered the dry-aged ribeye medium-rare, but it came out medium-well. When I asked for a replacement, the server rudely insisted I cut into the center to check. Everyone on our table agreed it was not medium rare. Also, I’ve had many dry-aged ribeyes before, and this was by far the worst—tough, overcooked, and lacking flavor. Aside from the view, I’m not sure it’s worth the price.
