Outstanding service! The chilean sea bass was cooked and plated with a rich broth that melted in my mouth! The wine pairings recommended by the sommelier complimented the dishes perfectly. The highlight for me was the dessert cheese and fruit selection paired with an aged port. It is dangerous that I know this pairing exists as I ride the gondola past the restaurant multiple times a day. I may a seat assigned to me at the bar.
My husband made a request for a window seat in celebration for my birthday several months ago. When we arrived we were told the window seats were only for 4 people in the dining room. We settled for a bar top in order to get a window seat. The food was delicious but the service was okay. They forgot my husband’s drink through the entire dinner and empty plates and glasses were left on the table for a long time. Nothing special was done in celebration of my birthday either. A bit odd for this caliber of a restaurant.
One of the absolute worst dinners. Buyers beware.. this is a have a drink only establishment. If you must, grab a 5PM reservation for the view. As the food was sub-par (at times inedible) course after course. You are better off at the many other local offerings across Telluride.
Fantastic food. Great staff. Beautiful place!
