Hart’s (via technician John Lensch) responded incredibly quickly today, within a couple hours of me initially reaching out. This, after previously reaching out to a handful of other plumbing services, none of whom have contacted me at all. John arrived and was quickly able to eliminate unneeded services diagnose the problem, which he finished quite efficiently, returning our toilet to full working condition.
