Conner and Noah did a great job. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. We are very pleased and will hire Harts again for any electrical needs.
BUYER BEWARE — DO NOT HIRE HARTS! I called this company just to get a quote for an EV charger install, and it turned into a nightmare. Within 10 minutes of arriving, their technician damaged my breaker panel and wiring. He unnecessarily reached into a junction box, grabbed wires, and straightened them out — something that had nothing to do with providing a quote. Harts performed an annual plumbing inspection as part of my Home Services Agreement. Their plumber, Hal Warwick, was thorough, professional and courteous, and carefully explained his findings and recommendations to me. In addition to inspecting the condition of all my sinks, toilets, showers and tub, he drained my hot water heater and checked it for sediment, provided upgraded hoses for my washing machine, and replaced two aging toilet flapper valves in the course of his inspection - all complementary. This was a free visit for an estimate on three tasks; 1-flushing my water heater, 2- removing my STEAMIN HOT water on my kitchen sink which I do not want to replace 3-Toilet that had a trickling sound after flushing. Jeremy put on shoe covers when entering without my asking, which I appreciated. I had read at the BBB site that others c/o the technicians were pushy about joining the Hart's Home Care Plan.
