When I moved out from the property I was living, I was told that if I clean well the house, I would not be charged for cleaning. I also was informed that it overpriced to replace missing items. I was overcharged for small things they replaced and I accepted it because this is what I was told. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! If you value your time and money please rent or have someone else manage your properties. A bunch of unprofessional, rude, uneducated, money hungry scum.

This business is absolutely terrible. Jerry is an ugly and very unprofessional person. They do not get repairs done in a timely manner and they hire the cheapest shady people to do it. It is substandard work at best. I cannot believe this business is still in practice. The state housing board needs to look into this business and shut them down. Stay away from them! Renters or Home Ownerd beware!

The prevailing wisdom holds that if you've been in business as long as Jerry Allred of Allred Properties has been, you are bound to (even perhaps accidentally) learn a few things. The wisdom is wrong in this case. Allred has a rude staff who are in on the scam of getting absolutely every single red cent they can out of every client. I don't mind paying top dollar for quality goods and services but Allred really gives you nothing in return for your trust and $. The lost ice reviews on here are fake. They all exist within a small timeframe like Allred told his secretary to get positive reviews out there in the Fall of 2012. Anyway, Allred and his wife were found guilty of fraud a few years back and have never changed their ways. Check verified reviews and you will see a lot of unsatisfied customers - all one stars. BEWARE!!! This is the WORST company in any industry state-wide. These slumlords are not only malicious in behavior, but as rude as it gets. They do enough to lease their "prime real estate" and then work as hard as they can to fine you. Dishonest, lying, hateful people. The worst of the humans there are in this amazing community. The property at 621 N Leverett rents for $795 a month. What a joke!!! I lived there with the cockroaches and snakes, and it was smaller than some of my friends closets.
