horrible experience. I got passed around to so many people, that I lost count and track of who was doing what. It had to get extended and things were finalized until October!!!! I had to explain and send in the same thing multiple times to multiple different people. My tax return was a big huge flop and for someone who paid all their taxes and more, to have to pay even more, tells me something went very wrong. I don't know why anyone would try to do their taxes on their own. I've had an amazing experience working with this firm. They found and saved me enough money to pay their fees for ten or more years.
They did my taxes fine for DOUBLE the cost everyone quoted me after the fact. They raised prices on me without any real notice other than "it might be a little bit more this time around". Refused to negotiate anything. If you like paying more money for the same service definitely use these guys.
