Its been several months since the install of a complete new system by Allred. 1st off, WOW my power bill has been literally cut in half! I've waited this long to give my feedback as I wanted to see the results of power usage on the new system versus the old one. From the sales staff to the installers. Top notch. David Rolig was very knowledgeable, professional, listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan that would work well for me.
I was really surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment with Allred Heating and Air on a Saturday. The work was done professionally by their technician (Darryl). He was able to diagnose and quickly fix the problem with my A/C. I will use and recommend them in the future for heating and air maintenance jobs.
Raphael was excellent! He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly! Very friendly and respectful! Can’t say enough about Allred! Excellent program!
Tech was on time and completed the job without issue. AC unit was recharged with refrigerant and is now working properly.
