My experiences with Allred have consistently been excellent. From the installation of our heat pump and the upgrade of our furnace to our yearly maintenance inspections, their service has been outstanding! The entire team is exceptionally knowledgeable and remarkably friendly. Travis has served as our technician on several occasions, and I truly value his meticulous attention to detail, comprehensive explanations, and punctuality.

Initially thought they did a great job for the price, but some problems arose since. Working towards a resolution, will update as able. 1) they charged over 600$ additional for a duct cleaning with the instillation of the new furnace. We are unable to have the duct cleaning done due to the state of the house and so we requested a refund for that and they said they would refund it. They said someone would call me back about it and there was no call and no refund for months. I have contacted them again and I am still awaiting ... read more

I have used multiple times over the years. Extremely knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem in blistering time! Always back up and running quickly. Furnace has always run great, and problem free after service. Highly recommend this service company!

Waited 6 hours for furnace maintenance service and as I look out the window still no one has showed up. What a joke of a company. So disappointed
