*This rating is based off major lack in communication; no services or work completed with Allred* Scheduling and initial visit with the tech was all smooth. After a few days of not receiving a quote, I called the office. They said they'd get in touch with the tech and get me a quote ASAP. Few more days go by, nothing. Called the office again. I had scheduled an appointment for an heater inspection that was very important, and they cancelled at the very last minute. It struck me as very unprofessional.

Even though the installers were late, due to a previously difficult job, they worked diligently until the job was done. They explained everything and were patient with our questions. I am very satisfied with our new furnace. The whole process was straightforward and easy.
