Allred Heating Cooling Electric was prompt, polite, professional, punctual and reliable. They completed my furnace replacement quickly and the price was fair. Would definitely use them again. Special shout out to Joe Maly, Steven Camp, Sebastian Alvarado, Adam Allred and Daniel Dolquist. My thermostat stopped working and we had no heat. They fit me in same day and diagnosed the issue. Third time having Allred to keep up my air heat pump. They never make up stuff, do not come up with creative unnecessary things to do. They have increased the prices by 33% in two years, though. Did labor cost get that increase too?

Technician showed up, with advanced notification, near the end of the prescribed window. My son was home and he had no complaints. My only concern is that I changed the 5” filter that fit perfectly with a 5” filter that I had to crunch a bit to get in. Why aren’t 5” filters a standard thickness. I cannot find the brand that was installed initially. &99 service with $10 tax was a good value.
