They were professional and great to deal with. Steve was honest and gave great advice and Danielle was pleasant to deal with. The only constructive feedback I could is to give abit more notice on when the crew is coming, but I understand that its hard to do that based on when the previous job is completed.
We recently had AllPro Roofing complete some repair and preventative maintenance work on our roof, including ridge cap replacement, replacement of a number of damaged shingles, and hand sealing older shingles to help extend the remaining service life of the roof. We recently had our roof repaired by AllPro. What a Great experience. Right from the initial contact to estimation to repair. Quick and efficient. An Awesome group of people to deal with. Thanks to all.
They took my deposit and didn't order order parts or schedule the job. When I inquired the response was "As I already told you in a previous email we need a 40% deposit". I had in fact paid said deposit already. They have been emailing me the final invoice every day since completion. This is day 3 and I haven't even had a chance to inspect the work. We are talking about a $1000.00 job....are they short of gas money?
Extremely efficient great attention to details I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
