I am unsatisfied with my interaction with AllPro so far. My partner and I have submitted requests for maintenance. We sent many emails and made many phone calls and it took about 2 months for them to respond. (June 2023) Update (Oct 19, 2023). AllPro is still dragging their feet on my maintenance request. I have not received an update in a month now. There is no way to call anyone. No one responds to emails. I remain unsatisfied with my interactions with AllPro.
AllPro has been extremely unresponsive to a major repair needed in my unit for almost a year. They have not responded to numerous emails and message board communications on their website. I have have had a very negative experience with them and if it were up to me they'd be fired.

Can’t get them to respond to calls! It seems to be scam!
AllPro has managed our 114 unit Fair Oaks California condo association since April 2020. We have been fortunate to have Ludmila Karkov as our Manager. She works very well with the Board and volunteers and ensures that we have professional management and accounting. The AllPro team is responsive and highly experienced. They took on a bit of a shambles that had developed with our prior company, and got it all straightened out in record time.
