Terrible experience. I thought HOA is there to help people and the community. I had the totally opposite experience. I called Ludmila and left a voice mail asking her to call me back which she never bothered. She then responded with a very short email instead of ever calling me back which of course didnt address my questions. Then I kept on emailing her asking about some urgent pending board decisions because the decision affects the sale of my condo . Terrible company, either spread too thin or willfully ignorant, they dig their heels in and actively refuse to approve necessary work to be done for tenants. Completely useless company, should be dissolved, so that people trying to maintain and improve their houses can make progress in a timely fashion. A bureaucratic layer that nobody asked for, these leeches on society should be ashamed of themselves for existing, as valuable as a pyramid scheme

I want to share about my experiences with AllPro Association Management. The first word I think of is Professional. I am very experienced in working for community management companies, AllPro Association Management is definitely one if the highest rated of all those companies. They are responsive (all the time), they know the details and track the details very very well.
