Allport Editions is an easy in/out trip for great greeting cards that are local. Their staff is typically both friendly and well-informed. The location itself (while not being ADA accessible to the best of my knowledge) is well-lit and filled with not only cards but also some beautiful jigsaw puzzles. Parking can be a bit of a bear, but it's always been worth it in my experience. Skip the chain stores and shop here if that is an option for you (with regards to price/time investment/accessibility, etcetera).
I love Allport Editions and have purchased many years of holiday cards. High quality cards that can be bought individually or in bulk (I send a lot of cards). The staff is fabulous and super helpful for both online and in person orders.
If you need greeting cards, puzzles or just fun of any kind there is no better place to go in Portland.
